I founded JRT Advance Strategy Collective in January 2026 to bring that experience to companies in fractional form. Whether you're an AV/production firm hitting a growth ceiling or a corporation tired of treating your events like afterthoughts, I provide the strategic leadership to move forward—without the overhead of a full-time executive.

Jay Taylor, Founder
25+ years in live events, AV, and production. Former SVP at Freeman (14 years), where I scaled corporate AV operations 162%, led teams of 100+, and delivered world-class experiences for Fortune 500 clients, Presidential visits, and NATO summits.
Before Freeman: leadership roles at Nielsen, Georgia World Congress Center Authority, and co-founded The Arby's Foundation.
